Caring for Your Landscaping

A great way to add a personal touch to your Lennar home once you have moved in is by adding landscaping features, such as plants, trees, water features, rocks, and mulch.  Before making any major changes, you should always check with your Homeowners’ Association to make sure that you are within the boundaries of the covenants and/or bylaws for your Community.  It is also important to allow for proper drainage and maintain the grading of your property when making any changes to your landscaping.

These topics and more, such as sprinklers, lawn hoses, settling, expansive soil, and storm water are covered in this section of the Lennar Home Care Video.  Click here to view this 8-minute video to learn more about these topics.

As always, if you need help or have a question about your home, please contact our Lennar Customer Care Team for assistance.
