Important maintenance tips for doors and windows include keeping the tracks free of debris, tightening the screws, lubricating components as needed, and ensuring that the locks and hinges are operating smoothly. Weather stripping and caulking should also be checked and replaced as necessary. We encourage you to spend a bit of time on these simple maintenance tips on a regular basis and you will help prolong the life and functionality of your Lennar home for years to come.  To help guide you through the maintenance tips we have provided for you, our Lennar team has created a helpful Home Care Video for our homeowners. There are 17 sections to this Home Care Video, all of which can be accessed on the Lennar channel on YouTube. In this section of the Lennar Home Care Video, we focus on showing you how best to care for the doors and windows of your Lennar home.
