Ductwork in a Lennar CommunityOne of the major components in your new Lennar home is the HVAC system. HVAC stands for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning. Your HVAC system serves several important functions, including regulating the air temperature in your home, reducing indoor humidity, and circulating and cleaning the air in your home. Proper maintenance of your HVAC system is very important and is relatively simple to do.

This section of the Lennar Home Care Video describes the components of your HVAC system, how to care for them, common HVAC-related mistakes to avoid, mold and condensation, drain lines and more. Click here to view this 6-1/2 minute video to learn more about these topics.

This video is awesome and exactly what I need as a Lennar home owner. The video though did not address the media filter. Do you have a DIY video for the media filter?
