We discovered a water spot on the ceiling of the second floor of our condo at Windward Harbour in Dowell, Maryland. The condo address is 14244 Foxhall Road.
The spot is dry and has loosened the wallboard tape in addition to having a brown colored line. The location of the water spot is at the intersection of the loft ceiling and the rectangle of ceiling that has the 3 doors for the two upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom. The size of the water spot is almost 1/2 of the distance from the right wall to the center of the loft doorway opening.
Indications are that the water has come from the roof line. As the roof remains under warranty, we would like this problem to be addressed as soon as possible. Please contact us at 703-465-3686 so that we can assist you in access to the house.
Thank you,
Rick and Kristi Schwab
