Today, 27 July09 at 7:25AM, I was watering the left side of my home. When I entered my home and went to my upstairs master suite, I noticed that I had no power to the far side of my room. I went downstairs to check the circuit breaker to find that there was water running out of the circuit box. I know that this is not normal for me just watering my lawn and is apparent that they are structural issues with my home. I am requesting immediate assistance with this matter. I attempted to contact the Customer Care POC as well as Patriot Electric who is the contact for my electrical systems. I am very displeased and upset with the constant issues I am having with my home, which was built in 2006. Everything from my copper eroding quickly, which has me concerned with the risk of Chinese drywall use in my home, my water heater gas valve needing to be replaced twice in one year’s time, the 7 months is took for customer care to resolve the framing issue with my garden tub in the master bath (I was told that there were structural issues with my home during inspection that caused them to have to redo certain areas, obviously not very well), the water pouring through my windows when it rained, and now this. I am now considering filing suit. This is my first home and all of the problems I have had regarding this home have made what should be a joyous occasion, very unpleasant and stressful. Your immediate assistance is requested in resolving this matter.

I purchased a home in Colorado Springs, CO in 2004. I was re-painting the soffits/facia this weekend and found that on the south side of my house, there is a section that has separated from the framing on the house. There is a large gap between the shingles and the gutter in about an eight foot section. I no longer see a local office to report this to, can you please help me? 719-447-2282.

Dear Lennar,
Since shortly after moving in June 2007 (Barrington in Temecula) – Harveston, we have been having nightmarish issues with our lovely GE PROFILE appliances.
I really need your help!
The refrigerator that you were supposed to repair still has not been done. It was never a closed ticket item on your side. You all just closed shop and left us thinking you would come back.
The Profile dishwasher does not work,
The Profile Microwave does not work,
The Profile Fridge door is off set, the water dispenser has black marks under the back panel that you said you would take care of, and the ice-maker does not work.
Now the stove top rear knob exploded nearly catching our home on fire. It will no longer work.
What seemed like a beautiful set of appliances has quickly turned into our worst nightmare.
Please help us know how to make this right.
(I keep being told our appliances are under warranty direct with manufacturer. BUT when I call them they do not have record of us because we do not have the original purchase information, LENNAR does.) Please help us get off this merry-go-round and get a working ordered kitchen once again.) I can not even cook for my family!

Just moved in. Driveway graded improperly so water pools in front of garage, we have to jump over the standing water to enter after rain. Also sod very poorly done – not laid close together so missing spots all over with divets, my mother twisted her ankle just walking in my yard! Underneath ground clearly not prepared correctly so sod not laying flat nor even. Other issues as well need to be repaired ASAP- I already called and emailed local care with no response. …not a happy new Lennar homeowner at the mOment- all these issues had to be known by Lennar prior to settlement!!

I had an ivy plant that has crawled up to second story of the front of my home taken out. Wall has some minor damage (stains, etc.). I’m going to have the exterior of the house completely repainted. Aside from my house color, I need to know what other approved paint colors I’m allowed for my community. Is there a contact number I can call for Lennar Customer Care locally about this question?
