Our team of dedicated Associates work with you every step of the way, making sure that your experience with Lennar leaves you feeling Tickled, Delighted, and Happy.

Here are brief descriptions of the team members our Customers come in contact with:

New Home Consultant

  • Your New Home Consultant is the Lennar Associate who helps to guide you through the process of purchasing your new home.
  • There are many details involved in the home buying process, and it can sometimes seem like an overwhelming task. Your New Home Consultant is there for you to answer questions, give advice, and act as your liaison with the rest of the Lennar team.
  • Your New Home Consultant remains your primary point of contact throughout the process, until you close on your new home. At closing, the Lennar Customer Care Team will step in to assist you with any items that may arise as you begin life in your new Lennar home.

Construction Manager

  • Your Lennar Construction Manager oversees all aspects of the construction process.
  • Your Construction Manager works with all of our Trade Partners to ensure that your new Lennar home is constructed according to the procedures and processes that we have put in place.
  • Your Construction Manager coordinates all of the activities surrounding the building of your new Lennar home, including product, labor, permits, and scheduling.
  • In some cases, your Construction Manager remains your primary contact for any items that may arise after you close on your home. But in most cases, the Customer Care Team is your main point of contact once you move in.

Customer Care

  • Once you have closed on your new Lennar home, another group of Associates is available to assist you. The Customer Care Team is comprised of many individuals, some in the Lennar office and others in our communities.
  • Homeowners are able to access a Customer Care Request Form via http://www.lennar.com, making it easy to submit any items you would like reviewed.
  • You will also find the contact information for our Customer Care departments listed on our Lennar website, if you would like to contact them directly with any questions or concerns you may have.
  • Our Customer Care Team is also available to answer questions on maintaining your new home, and will explain or demonstrate the functionality of various items throughout your home.

Trade Partners

  • Trade Partners are those companies that Lennar works with to bring materials and labor to the construction process.
  • During different stages of the construction process, various Trade Partners are assigned to complete the work on your home in their area of specialization, such as drywall, painting, or flatwork.
  • As your home progresses toward completion, materials are shipped from our manufacturing Trade Partners to ensure that the proper materials are available for each stage of construction.

I live in Stonebriar and I have had issues with contractors doing work across from my house cutting the lot. There are incidents where the workers turn around on my street causing them to deface my pavers. I had my pavers sealed and I wish that heavy equipment for these projects would refrain from entering on to my pavers. Please pass the word. I have caught the contractor this time (today)and asked him to clean off the mess. I hope this mess will not be permanent. Please let me know who is cutting the field across from my home at 401 Easton Forest Circle, SE, Palm Bay, FL just in case I have to file a claim with them.
My phone number is 321-914-3330 if you need more detail.
